Welcome to the Kindergarten technology class! During the year, students will learn of different technologies, letters and numbers, how to use a computer, learn how to keyboard, and much more!
First Nine Weeks (August - October)
Students will learn about computers and other technologies. They will how to use a mouse, keyboard, powering on/off different technologies, browser skills.
Second Nine Weeks (October - December)
Students will continue to practice mouse and keyboard skills. They will begin to learn letters, numbers, and sounds through online educational websites.
Third Nine Weeks (January - March)
Students will continue to practice mouse and keyboard skills. Have more variety with math and reading lesson, introducing them to higher numbers and sight-words.
Fourth Nine Weeks (March - May)
Students will be introduced to more words, sounds, practice sight words, more typing. They will be introduced to computer programming through code.org
